Master Plan Facts

Master Plan or blueprint for a golf course redesign was completed by golf course architect Gil Hanse in 1994.

Gil Hanse revised the Master Plan in 2006.

Holes impacted by redesign: Hole #1 green complex and tee box, Hole #4 green complex, Hole #5 tee box, Hole #6 green complex and tee box, Hole #8 green complex, Hole #10 green complex and tee box, Hole #11 green complex, Hole #14 green complex and fairway, and Hole #18 fairway (may be completed with pond/dam reconstruction)

Remaining holes can stay open for play during construction

Yardages: Blue or back tees increase 200 yards in length. White or middle tees increase 82 yards. Red tees or ladies back tees increase 37 yards. Multiple forward tee boxes will be added for seniors, high handicappers, and juniors.

Project time: project will begin mid-August of 2017 and completed by end of October 2017, course will be ready for play on new areas by May 2018.
Estimated project cost: $1.2M to $1.4M includes redesigned short game area.

Course Modifications already completed per the Master Plan; hole #11 fairway bunkers, hole #8 fairway bunker, hole #16 fairway bunker, & hole #7 tee box most recently completed.

Last course renovation: 1961 J. Press Maxwell redesigned 7 holes.
